Linux Engineer & Google Cloud Architect

I was hired as a senior Linux engineer tasked with system- and network administration of an on-prem infrastructure running Debian Linux machines virtualized on KVM.

In 2019 the company built a new warehouse without the means to host on-prem infrastructure, which lead to the entire infrastructure to be migrated to the cloud.

After succesfully migrating the infrastructure to the cloud, the focus shifted to documentation and standardisation as well as converting legacy applications to cloud native where possible.
